  • As the job was difficult, the 16 Ton machine was in the mezzanine floor at 8 meters height. We provided structure to lift and replace old machine with the new Bauermeister FLAKER machine with forklift. 
  • Provided safe rigging activity of 16 ton heavy machine with Forklift and ensured additional crane was stand-by to avoid load imbalance.

OUR SCOPE

  • ROVA provided services to NOV Tuboscope Wellbore Technologies to set up “New Coating Plant” at Abu Dhabi, UAE and Dammam, KSA. Wellbore Technologies is part of NOV Tuboscope, which develops the equipment, technologies, and services for downhole drill heads and bits refurbishment and coating.             
  • The plant main equipment such as pre-bake ovens, six-lance blast machines, end blast machines, primer coating, powder coating, curing oven, pipe handling racks are installed by our technicians. All utilities – compressed air pipeline, vacuum pipes, gas connections are fabricated and installed as per layout. Other additional plant equipment such as dust collector, compressors, air receivers, booster pumps and cooling towers were installed around the plant. Accessories such as blast hopper, bucket conveyors, screw conveyors, steel platforms, oven cart, scissor lift, air manifold, end stoppers, holiday cart stand, cart rail were installed.
  • Exhaust stacks fabricated in SS sheet along with ceramic insulation for pre-bake oven. Oven insulation made with ceramic wool. Large diameter ducting from blast machine are pre-fabricated in workshop and site installed with supports to dust collectors. All power electrical installation made including panel wiring, dressing, cable laying are supported by electricians till commissioning.

               

   

 

   

OUR SCOPE

  • ROVA is tied with Reactive Downhole Tools in setting up plant for making packer to seal in the irregular fractures along the length of the wellbore.
  • The important equipment installation were steam generator, auto-clave, lathe, packer, cranes, blasting booth, pipe rack and transfer rack. Fabrication and installation of Entire utilities -compressed air, gas, steam, potable water piping is done by our technicians including engineering and optimizing cost. The exhaust stack is made in piece of SS rolled with insulation. The electrification of entire factory is achieved according to the local regulations in shortest time.
  • We were able to do the certification of LPG tank, extending lathe extension, conversion of CNG to LPG for steam generator. Optimizing lighting inside factory shed. Small fabrications for calendar cart, rubber cat for unpacker was also done to save time.

PAHT CF15 is an industrial material with a special formula consisting of a polyamide base with 15% addition of carbon microfibers. The antibacterial additives used in the product are authorized in the European Union - they are in line with the European Regulation on biocidal products (BPR, Regulation (EU) 528/2012. Antimicrobial additives are compliant with the requirements of the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and are on the OEKO-TEX list of approved chemicals.

PP:

PP is a high-performance thermoplastic with low density, high flexibility and high fatigue resistance. Its mechanical properties make it an ideal material for 3D printing applications that have to withstand high stresses or deformations.

ULTEM:

ULTEM 1010 is a PEI variety that is slightly stronger than 9085 & more resistant to high temperatures. The material can work at temperatures as high as 210 ° C. It is also harder than 9085, making it a good choice in applications where high stiffness of the printed parts is crucial. In addition, the 1010 is resistant to many different chemical agents such as halogenated hydrocarbons, alcohols and aqueous solutions. Due to its high chemical resistance, ULTEM 1010 is suitable for printing pipe elements and seals that do not react with the compounds with which they come into contact. Halogenated hydrocarbons, on the other hand, are used in cooling and heating systems and in devices for metal cleaning.

PA 11:

PA12:

TPU01:

AISi10Mg:

AlSi10Mg is an aluminum alloy that combines good strength and thermal properties with light weight and flexible post-processing options. For this reason, it is a frequently used material in automotive, aerospace and automation. Applications include housings, tubing, engine parts, manufacturing tools, and molds for both prototyping and manufacturing purposes.

Ti6AI4V:

Ti6Al4V, one of the best-known alloys for 3D printing in metal, combines excellent mechanical properties with a very low curb weight. The material is corrosion resistant and is used in a variety of demanding engineering environments such as aviation. Applications include functional prototypes, final parts, all kinds of mechanical devices and spare parts.

SS316L:

SS316L - a low carbon stainless steel alloy, also known as 1.4404 - is highly corrosion resistant and offers excellent strength. Stainless steel for 3D printing is characterized by high flexibility and good thermal properties. Stainless steel can be used for food applications, for the production of machine components and production tools. Other applications include cables, prototypes, spare parts, and medical instruments.

IN718:

3D printed Inconel exhibits excellent thermal resistance up to 700 ° C, making the IN718 perfect for applications with extreme temperatures such as turbines and cryogenic installations. It is great for aviation and automotive applications, where it is often used for the production of ducts, pipes, valves and heat exchangers.

C465:

C465 stainless steel is a precipitation hardenable alloy, perfectly suited for the production of metal parts with the highest performance.
